While we’re confident you’ll love your hiking, running, or walking shoes, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Here’s our straightforward policy designed for global explorers.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
- 15-Day Window: You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached
- Free Exchanges: We’ll cover return shipping for size exchanges (continental US only)
- Quality Guarantee: If there’s a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately
Note on Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective footwear socks. All other footwear categories (Casual, Hiking, Running, Trail, Walking) are eligible for returns when in original condition.

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- Prepaid return label (for US exchanges) or shipping address
- Return authorization number (must be included with package)
Important: For international returns outside the US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return processing
- Store Credit: Available immediately upon request
Note: Bank processing times may add 3-10 business days before refunds appear on your statement.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx) for your protection
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
Found a manufacturing flaw? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll either:
- Send a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
- Issue a full refund if the item is out of stock
Adventure-Ready Guarantee
We test every pair of EasyRoam footwear on actual trails, but if your shoes fail to perform as expected during normal use within 60 days, contact us for special warranty consideration. This applies particularly to our Hiking and Trail categories.
